Harrisons Halloween Costumes (manufacturer of our infant/toddler halloween socks) made the socks we sell and gave us a great price on them -- We (
Castles N Crowns Boutique) donated several hundred socks to a talented crafter -- and the crafter (
Autumn Crafts/MissPBJ Designs) sewed them into these adorable little Mini Sock Monkeys! But the best part?
The best part is the REASON:

The reason the crafter made these mini sock monkeys is because her heart (and ours) went out to
Bryan Stow, the Giants fan who was brutally beaten at Dodger Stadium. She wanted to participate in praying for and helping raise funds for Bryan and his medical bills.
When Vonda (the crafter) contacted us and shared her desire and passion to raise money for this worthy cause, she asked if we could donate some of
our orange and black halloween socks (which happens to be San Francisco Giants colors). After a little research to make sure the request was legitimate, we gladly sent them to her (she kindly paid shipping). They have been very successful and
today's bid on one pair is up to $80 as of this writing.
