Landeeseelandeedo posted an instructional craft on how to make a colorful Birthday Party Wreath you can use year after year. Using regular round balloons and strips of tulle and a straw or styrofoam circle, they show you step by step how to craft a cheery Birthday door Greeting. I was thinking that long balloons (like you would make balloon animals with) would also work (just tie them around!). I happen to
